Guarantee

Dental treatments can sometimes be costly. But what happens if you are not satisfied with the result? Or if something goes wrong with your crown, bridge, or filling after some time? Are you actually entitled to a guarantee on your dental treatment?

Guarantee Policy

When are you entitled to a guarantee?

  • Entitlement to a guarantee is only possible when all of the conditions below are met.
  • The check-up interval is determined individually by the dentist. Failure to attend these check-ups will result in the guarantee policy becoming void.
  • Your oral hygiene must be demonstrably sufficient. In the case of insufficient oral care, active tooth decay, or periodontal problems, the right to a guarantee will lapse.
  • You have informed your treating dentist fully and truthfully about your health and medication.
  • No treatments or adjustments to the dental restoration have been carried out by third parties.
  • Damage caused by wear and tear, grinding, overloading, biting on hard objects, trauma, or insufficient maintenance is not covered by the guarantee.
  • In the event of replacement within the guarantee period, the original placement date remains decisive. No new guarantee period will be created.
  • If you choose to have the repair carried out by another healthcare provider, any entitlement to a guarantee or compensation will lapse.
