You can count on us for high-quality dental care. We work carefully, using modern techniques and high-quality materials. Dentistry is a medical profession. This means that we work on the basis of a legal best-efforts obligation, not an obligation to guarantee a specific result. We do everything we can to carry out every treatment as well as possible, but the final outcome may vary from person to person.
Because we stand behind our work, we apply a clear and transparent guarantee policy for a number of dental restorations. This policy only applies to technical failure of work produced by TCAN, and never to biological processes or the final medical outcome.
