Thank you for registering with TCAN!


We aim to contact you by phone within two working days to schedule an intake appointment. If you would prefer to call us yourself, that is of course also possible. You can reach us by phone at 026-4435190.


During this first visit, we will discuss your wishes and collect all the information needed to assess your oral health. We kindly ask you to bring the following to your appointment:

  • A valid form of identification (driver’s licence, passport, or ID card)
  • Your medication overview, if applicable
  • If available, your treatment history and X-rays from your previous dentist


Please note that you will only be registered as a patient at TCAN after your first visit. Until then, you should contact your current dentist or an emergency dentist if you experience any dental issues.

During the intake appointment, in addition to a dental examination (code C001), additional X-rays (codes 2x X10 and/or X21) may be taken if these are not available digitally at the time of the appointment or are older than 12 months. Depending on your health insurance, the costs of the intake may be (partially) reimbursed. Our invoices are processed by Infomedics (our billing partner). Infomedics submits the claim to your health insurer. If you are (partially) uninsured, you will receive an invoice for the remaining amount.
